Sounds like one of those old Blaster Worms that plagued Microsoft systems a couple of years ago. Go to Microsoft.com website and see if you can get the Blaster Removal Tool, then use it. If you do clear it out, it's time to check out your security. I'd recommend McAfee or Norton for Virus protection, Spybot Search & Destroy for Spyware, and Windows XP's setting or ZoneAlarm for a firewall. Good Luck!
