  • I do not think this question should be rated down.
  • No, I don't find your questions offensive. In fact, your questions are quite tame. Browse through my questions if you want to see some pot-stirring. "Would you marry your daughter to her rapist for 50 silver pieces?" (This, of course, comes from Deut.) "People say that I can chose to be gay. I've made my choice and still am not gay. What am I doing wrong?" :D
  • I just looked at your Q's- and found many good inquiries. No to your answer. Your questions are not offensive.
  • I just went and looked at the questions available on your profile. I don't think that the majority of them are offensive at all. I do wonder why you ask soooo many religious questions, but hey, whatever floats your boat. (If you have had questions Rejected for being offensive, I don't know if we can see those now on your profile). I do think that a couple of your questions are phrased in such a way that they could easily be offensive to some people. Also, your questions are sometimes phrased in such a way that it makes it seem that you are not interested in sincere answers. Some people may be reluctant to answer questions if they disagree with you because your Question is phrased around you opinion. I will cite three of your questions as examples: Question about Santa (it seems like you are baiting with this question) Question about Catholics (whore of babylon)(Again, baiting and phrased in such a way to attract shock value) Question about Christ as a JW (irreverent and ridiculous. Humorous, maybe, but I could see how it would be offensive.)
  • I tried thinking if I remembered any questions by you and cannot.. actually.. I can barely remember who asks the questions I answer half the time.. usually only the funny or one interesting to me stick out. So.. you cannot be that offensive if you do not stand out.. well you do not to me but that is probably not saying much ! lol
  • How do you make rice pudding? really offends me. Just kidding. There are some odd questions, but I didn't see anything I would deem offensive.
  • No, but questions relating to religion frequently spark strong opinions and emotion. Questions and answers shouldn't be automatically down rated for difference of opinion, but some people don't rate based on "helpful" and "not helpful" (as intended), but rather "agrees with own opinion" or "not.." Don't take it too personally.
  • OMG, yes!! That question you asked about the origin of crayons made me turn bright red. <snicker> No, of course not. I just read all your questions and they're good. Thought-provoking. Not offensive.
  • No, they seem fine, and many others must agree with that as your positive % for questions is over 70%. Nothing offensive about making people think a bit! :)
  • Actually I think you have written some very good questions and you have worded them very well. Nope, I don't find your questions offensive. http://www.answerbag.com/user/sub_review?id=108654&list=q
  • No, not really. I don't like that you asked this one though. Just being honest.
  • They're not offensive, but they are annoying. This is not a forum for giving people pop quizzes about your religion (or any religion). It's not a forum for baiting people, getting on your soapbox, or fishing for answers you want to hear. It's annoying to some of the rest of us who are not here on a specific agenda. It seems your material would be a better fit for another, more appropriate venue - like Sunday School, or a bible study class.
  • G'day Tabithap5, Thank you for your question. I had a look at your profile and I couldn't see anything that offended me. You are curious about religious issues but there's nothing wrong with that. The people who do ask really offensive questions tend not to worry about whether they have offended people. Regards
  • No your questions are not annoying. I find them rather thought provoking. The ones who do not care for them should just answer some other question that appeals to them from another catagory.
  • Although I am not a JW, seeing that I believe in the Trinity and in the Deity of Christ, I don't think that your questions are at all offensive or annoying. In fact, they are quite interesting. They are very good questions. It is good to ask questions about what God's Word has to say and what it teaches us. If you like, any time I am on this website I am open to theological discussion and/or discussion concerning the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ. :) -In the Master's service. Thank you and God bless you!
