Change the moderation system to make it fairer on everyone, and to counter trolls.

The negative points - I truly can't see any value in them. The few times they are used correctly pales to the times they are used for abuse and mischief making. And ..The speed at which the questions move off the page. Instead of just 10 almost instantly disappearing questions there could be ....maybe 50??
