  • Of course it is, additionally you have to deal with the fact that teenagers are inexperienced & unfamiliar with these feelings so the first few times can feel devastating.
  • Very much so.
  • It is very possible! Just because you're a teenager doesn't mean you don't have feelings for people. Grown ups try to tell you every day that you can't love when your young, and their right to an extent but as long as you're mature, you can! It's called Young Love and sometimes I believe that's the strongest of all. I mean come on you see these kids and they have sparks in their eyes just for looking at someone.
  • Sure. Actually, it's more painful the first few times a person gets their heart broken, and those times are often in the teen years. It still hurts, but eventually you know yourself well enough to know that you will heal. Though, I'm only speaking in terms of shorter-term relationships. The end of a 10+ year relationship is a whole other kind of hurt.
  • Yes, I know I was.
  • Absolutely, I still remember the heart break and it been at least 20 yrs. But, I learned that I was a quality woman from that experience. When I began dating other people, he wanted me back. But, I turn his booty down, I am a quality girl. I found what a quality man, at the time. SO raise like cream my friend. And yes, he still wants me...Too bad for them, more your feet and loose your seat...LOL
  • yes, every thing on the earth is possible.
  • And not just the once, I spent may tearful nights and days when going through my teens, really can't offer any guiedence or advice without sounding condescending, just that you should pull through and be better for the experience.
  • Absolutely. Teenagers are people with feelings too...
  • Stereotypicals that don't know what they're talking about: Teenagers can't feel heartbroken they don't know what love is. It's just puppy love. WRONG! Teenagers can feel love and be heartbroken just as easily as a 40 year old. Hell some 40 year olds don't even know what love feels like let alone heartbreak. It hurts, yes, but teenagers can feel it just as easily as a baby feeling sad for a first time. It will take a long time to get over it, but the wounds will heal.
  • It is very possible. You are new to all your feelings and emotions so the first few times you can be devastated so much you don't even know how to react.
  • Of course it's possible. Many people had their first heartbreak in their teenage years, including me.
  • Yes, not only losing a relationship breaks ones heart, i dont understand why so many think that teens are incapable of having a broken heart. -losing someone close-pet, relative friend-breaks the heart -cruel treatment, breaks the heart -words, break the heart 5year old loses his dog, his heart is broken 99year old man loses his wife, his heart is broken A teenager loses there relationship with someone they have all the capability to love, their heart becomes broken. So, why cant a teenager have a broken heart? Love grows and gets stronger, if its ment to be. So it is possible its there, even if your a teenager.
