Why is it illegal to carry a drivers license id and a photo id card at the same time?

didn't know it was. considering many places want 2 forms of id, i don't think it is illegal to carry two.

I better rethink my wallet, Ive carried both for years. I wouldnt wanna be breaking the law now would I. thats another in a rediculously long line of useless ones though huh?
