If i want to become a real estate agent what kind of qualifications do i need to have like what college classes do i need to take?

My son just passed his real estate license exam. He has no college credits whatsoever. He simply took a course specifically for this exam.

You need to take a principle class i think its like 52 or 54 hors and pass the exam no college is required

75 hours, no college is required just High School Diploma, this is the job where you can make money without a College degree. GOOD LUCK
