  • It does, it brings up similar questions, but you will get different results, depending on how you word your question, e.g. dependant on how your question is written.
  • Because there's no way to do so. EXACT dupes, they could do, but then, you're usually past the validation part, and in many cases, just hit SUBMIT more than once. Others, require human intervention. For example, if I asked, "Why can't AB just see if there are duplicates when a question is asked, instead of let members flag them?" it would be a duplicate, but how would you tell the PROGRAM to check for that type? Humans can see that, but computers need to be told HOW to check things like that.
