Help answer this question below.

It's my boyfriend's 22nd birthday this coming tuesday, valentine's day the day after.... any suggestions for what i might be able to get him and if i should get one gift for both of the days?

I definitely would not try to combine v-day with his b-day! I have a friend who has this same type of issue because her birthday is around Christmas, so some people don't bother with a birthday gift or card. That makes her feel like her birthday isn't special or important when they just lump it with another holiday.

- i swear i commented on your answer... it didn't come up though. i don't really like valentines day or think it's overly important anyway. so i think what i will do is go with the bigger gift for the b'day and a measley joke gift for vomit day :) thanks heaps.

combined birthday/holiday gifts are just sad ... you could do a 2 part gift tho ... 2 little things that go together but each is given on a different day ... like a dvd and the soundtrack cd for it

- i don't think the joint gift idea was that bad.... i was thinking something like a holiday or a video camera or a long board.... then if i did that i couldn't very well get much for the other occasion. ergh.... i don't know. thanks though :)
