gandalf no doubt about it he is the greatest fictional wizard

It pains me to think of them fighting each other, seeing as they're both on the side of good, but I'm going to have to say Gandalf. His magic is far more primal and powerful, plus he's a messianic figure, having been resurrected from death more powerful than ever. I like Dumbledore too, and I'm sure he'd acquit himself well, but I just don't think he could overpower Gandalf.
