My views?

If that were true, then women would be fertile every day of the month, not just 3 or four days somewhere in the middle of their cycle.

But still, if that's what they choose to believe, let 'em. Find someone else to have sex with.

Personally, I love my wife a h*ll of a lot more than to treat her as a baby factory whose sole purpose in life is to turn my sperm into more babies. She deserves far more than that.

Even if I agreed. Who is he to tell people how to live their lives. However you know my response. I am a virgin and I want to remain that way. Other than that. People have rights. And I am not taking those rights away from them. This person is stupid. Unless he is a priest. In which case. I am not surprised.

Stop saying you are dumb for listening to someone who acts in a position of authority. You are not dumb, you are seeking - there is a difference.
Maybe you should look within and find that you can learn to trust your own heart more - if you were brought up with morals and values, you KNOW when something is right or wrong. To have someone else tell you what is right or wrong is giving someone else responsibility for and of your life.
Your life is your own and that is the point to religion - not that you blindly follow what some PERSON says, but to live in a manner that you know is good, or as good as you can live. To CHOSE to live morally is to live in faith. To follow someone else's dogma is just plain ignoring the directive of christianity - to chose and accept.

- I don't see my ideas as being "noble". I see my approach as being empowering, which is a gift, and it costs me nothing to share that.
  I've never understood why one human being would not stop to help another human being - it is what we 'give back'.
  I had some great mentors in my life, and I have been a mentor to others. Right now, this is my way of mentoring - by pointing out to people the obvious - things that maybe they can't see because they are too wound up in the matter.
  
  Lots of people are more comfortable when they all think, dress and act alike. Since I am a square peg in a world of round holes, I've always found it beneficial to encourage other square pegs to act independently of all the round holes. Why not? It sure makes the world a richer place for all of us.

- You know, I've been feeling like I have been on outside all of my life. I don't have expectations that are unrealistic, however, one thing I do have is (oddly) faith. Faith in people (that they or some of them, will eventually prove to be more than oxygen thieves), faith in karmic behavior (what goes around, DOES come around), faith in myself, my spouse, our life, and a general faith that I will remain content with what life deals me.
  Beyond that, it is only us and what we do that makes up the world.

Been with my man for 6 years, under the sheets 'recreation' has been in our lives for 5 years and we've never had a child thanks to our strict views on birth control and waiting until we're married to have children together. I see no problem with what I'm doing and I plan to continue.

Animals have sex for recreation all the time. They also steal from each other, and kill each other. I am not following a religion. I love life and am in awe of he universe. The evolutionary purpose of sex, and our sex drive is reproduction. Just like the purpose of our digestive system is to nourish our body. When people abuse their digestive system by eating unhealthy things because they taste good, it harms us. Think of how complicated life becomes when sex for recreation is brought into the picture. Social situations become awkward, jealousy occurs, relationship problems, STDs, not to mention all the time and energy wasted on pursuing sexual relationships that ultimately don't accomplish anything. You can do what you want, but I am much happier using my life for much more productive and interesting things besides humping people for fun. Also, why do parents forbid their kids from sexually experimenting? If sex is so great and healthy and harmless, why is it so 'dangerous' for teens to be in consensual sexual relationships. It is actually illegal for teens to have sex with each other or people who are adults. The fact we don't allow our children to have sex, should tell you that deep down we know it is a waste of time that leads to problems.

I agree with the person that told you this. Sexual intercourse should oonly be for reptoductive puposes. Animals only have sex for reproduction, so humans should as well. After all, unlike what many pople think, humans are animals.

If sexual intersourse for pleasure was banned, then we would not have disgusting practises such as pornography, kissing with mouthes open and using tounges, and masterbation. Also we would not have supid invenrions such as as condoms. I do understand that condom can stop people getting infected with STDs, but i still think that are stupid, and the only reason they were invented was so people can have sex for pleasure.

Anyone who had sexual intercourse for pleasure, in my opinion, is a whore, and has comitted one of the Seven Deadly Sins: Lust. This applies to men as well as women. It also shows that people who do it have no control. If you get horny, well just learn to ignore it. Or, be a slut and have sex for pleasure.

In conclusion, sexual intercourse for pleasure should be made illegal in all countries, and anyone caught doing should be given a prison sentence.

I know this is off topic, but another thing that should be banned is kissing in pubic. If you want to kiss you girlfriend/boyfriend/partner, do it in the privacy of yourt own home and don't do in front of toerh people who may not like it.

Please do not flame me this is just my opinion.

  Actually, dolphins, apes, and some other animals that are higher on the intellectual class will have recreational and social sex. Additionally, homosexuality has been observed in over 450 species in orders ranging from mammals to insects and even microscopic lifeforms, so saying animals "only have sex for reproduction" is actually really misinformed. Do your research before making uninformed statements.

They are entitled to their opinion, certainly. And since you are asking for mine, I will gladly give it. If God hadn't intended for sex to be pleasurable, He could have made a female without a clitoris. He could have made males not to crave sex the way they do. Well most males anyway. Sex is wonderful. It's fulfilling and satisfying and makes stress melt away and can enpower you in a way that nothing else can. I love sex. I feel sad for people who do not enjoy sex, or for whom the joy and pleasure of sex has been stolen or abused. It is an integral part of my life and my relationship.
