  • You're still awake.
  • What was the name of the drug? How much did you take?
  • In the first place, never take anyone else's medication. It depends on what the name of it was and old it was. If it's over 2 years old, it's lost it's potency. If it was ambien which is a standard small pill, you cannot eat after taking it and you must go right to bed. If you don't go right to bed or eat with the ambien then it will not work as well. There are a number of sleeping pills and it would depend on which one.
  • I think it takes time for the drug to kick into your system - I took tylenol pm but it didn't work for about a week after a week it felt sort of like a drunkish stuper ask your doctor about increasing the dosage.. really if you have a healthy heart the easiest thing you can do is go jog in my honest opinion and tire yourself out an hour before bed..if your that healthy .. if your healthy you should be able to run for a long time without tiring - also running fast..if you do bicycle motion and go fast while running it gets your heart pumping really fast..I can't because I'm obviously unhealthy and that is a whole nother story
