Did you re-set the computer? Any time you do work on your car, you need to disconnect the negative battery cable. Leave off for at least 10 minutes. This will reset the computer so it can re-learn the new work done on it. The reason a spark plug "fouls out" is because oil is getting past the rings into the cylinder and onto the plug. To find out, just pull that plug and see if there is oil on it. If there is, it means serious engine trouble. Re-set the computer first, and see what happens.
