Porn is a moral issue and can be very offensive to some people. Do you realize that there entire lives and relationships that have been completely shred to pieces because of addiction to pornography? If someone doesn't like it, you should respect that

I respect people who don't like porn. They might have very good reasons such as religious, morality, they prevent theirselves from self degrading influence. . As pornographic tends to be addictive. Good people normally don't let their genital organ control their life.

Only one person can make me happy and he should not want to watch porn. Love makes me happy and that is way more important. A mental connection with another human being.Porn is not necessary at all because there are no excuses for it. It's disgusting.

Personally I think people don’t know why they don’t like porn so they give the reasons why they think they shouldn’t. I am directing this to a couple of the answers I have read to this question. I am in a loving relationship and very satisfied but from time to time I watch a little porn not because I have to but because it stimulates me. Yes I agree there are more things in life to make a person happy like family and friends, to tell you the truth I don’t see why happiness is even brought up in this particular thread. People lead happy and exciting lives and porn has no effect on it and the way they feel. The love in my life makes me happy and the mental connection we share is amazing. I respect people who don’t like porn, I don’t think we should classify or judge people based on weather they watch porn or not. That is ridiculous. Porn is only degrading if you let it be. It only has the power to make you feel shameful and self-loathing if you mentally give it that power. Sex in and of itself is shameful to some because of the way they were raised or sometimes other reason. If you are saying people are not watching porn because of this then they shouldn’t be having sex or making love for the same reasons. I know people are thinking I shouldn’t put these in the same category but they are. Feeling good and allowing yourself to feel pleasure is not allowing your genitals to control your life, unless you become addicted. People become addicted to gambling and even watching television so don’t single out porn some people just have addictive personalities or problems in their lives. Don’t blame the porn that is like blaming violence on video games. I guess that is all I will say for now…

Well, that may all be true. And I agree with there is being nothing wrong with people viewing porn. However, many people do not like porn on the INTERNET because it allows for illegal porn such as child pornography or videos and pictures of someone (who was unaware of being recorded or did not want such images of them viewed by others) posted on the internet without their consent, and yes this is illegal. Furthermore, most porn is designed for men and not women, the result is that most porn is degrading to women. Studies have shown that repeat exposure to such porn that is degrading to women and violent has increased such unhealthy attitudes towards women as well as violence in same cases. Having porn on the internet allows for the easy access of such porn (which most porn on the internet tend to be) which can lead to addiction to this kind of porn, thus resulting in negative attitudes towards women and even, in some cases, violent behavior towards women. These are some of the reasons why people do not like porn on the INTERNET, but do not assume they want to ban porn all together. Also do not think that I am trying to say that most people become addicts to porn on the internet. I am simply trying to point out the increase in such cases of this happening due to the easy access of violent porn provided on the internet, because this is one reason people do not like porn on the internet. The other, perhaps, major reason people do not like porn on the internet is because it makes it very difficult to stop child pornography and videos of individuals performing sexual acts, who do not give consent for others to view, from being display for everyone to see. Please do not think that those who dislike porn on the internet do so because they all are sexually repressed and want to prevent anyone else from enjoying their sexuality.
