As much as Candle in The Wind by Elton John

Or this one?
-
yes, its a voluntary pledge to support your country and its founding principles a few common misconceptions your are not pledging to a president government officials government policies or political decisions
-
Yes, it means a lot!
-
No more or less than it does to any other American, naturalized or native-born! :)
-
Yes it does but of course to alot of people it is just a waste of time but it does look cool! I mean we are pledging allegance to the flag. Man do I hate nationalism. Gets annoying espically when we have to waste time with a promise that we all ignore. That means the gay marriage bans, interracial marriage bans, "With liberty and justice for all." Racism "One Nation, indivisible...." odd we were rather divided throughout the times of segreation. To tell you the truth it only wastes my time.

Obviously not - I don't even know what it is.

I'd like to say yes.... but after it being just a routine in schools... it really lost any meaning for me.
