Yup. Any cassette player with a microphone jack will do this. You will need an 1/8" stereo cable (aka mini stereo cable), available just about anywhere (Wal Mart/Radio shack...etc.) for about 7 bucks. Hook the cable from the speaker jack on your computer, to the mic jack on the cassette recorder, hit play on your computer, and record on the cassette recorder. You may have to adjust the volume on your computer so that it puts out strong sound without going too far (and causing distortion on the cassette). Record a couple 5 second segments and play back to test.

For the best results use a cassette DECK. they have line in and line out and those hook up to the sound jacks on the computer with the proper signal levels. Driving a Mic input with a speaker out drive could damage the Mic input at high levels, and cause distortion in the recording at lower levels. the deck line out goes to the computer line in and the deck line in comes from the computer line out. now you can record new MP3's from the tapes as well.
