they are jerks and dont know how to appreciate a girl. they feel like they need to bring you down so they can feel good about themselves. its stupid. i promise there are guys out there that are not that way i found one. just have to look hard and have patients.

The question could just as easily be "Why do some women/girls ..." It has NOTHING to do with what sex someone is, more to do with what type of person they are. People that are insecure with themselves often try to make those around them feel the same way & by doing so makes them feel somewhat in power of what's going on around them. Unfortunately there's not really a lot that you can do to that person to help out other than tell them straight up that you're not going to put up with their little mind games. Good luck.
