I have a 42 Lcd Vizio TV. I heard a pop. Now no picture or sound. Get a blue screen. Also cannot power off. Ant ideas?

I have the same problem with my vizio lcd 42 we were watching suddenly went off the picture and sound. Is there a service center in manila?
