I think it's basic prostitution with value added services. The oldest type. Concubines have often done the same over the centuries so it's nothing new nor unique in any way, shape or form. I have $20..enough?

Sounds like what most men are looking for, but I don't think most men would be able to afford it because it would definitely cost quite a bit of money. And you would have to take the "sex with you" part out of the deal because that's prostitution and it's illegal. She should think about starting a service similar but geared towards older, wealthy women who would like men to use their tools around the house for fixing maybe a leaky faucet or screwing in their lightbulbs, or cleaning the windows...etc.
