Yes, but very little. We try to avoid as much sodium as possible. Salt does enhance lots of other flavors and is necesssary in yeast baking ... but should be used in moderation.

I usually do not watch cooking shows, but when certain company is over she want to watdch them and they all have one thing is common. Do not season until finsihed cooking or towards the end of cooking as they say salt dries out the meat.
