If you want to report them then I suggest using the feedback link at the bottom of the page where the minor's post appears. There don't seem to be any flag categories for questions or answers that would include something like underage participation. I don't think the Adult Section questions are put on the "Latest Q&A" pages, so the purpose of that section is probably more to avoid exposing people to sexual material who aren't comfortable with it, than to keep out the teenyboppers. ;) Have you seen a post by a minor there that caused you concern?

We should be flagging them, I swear I'm 18 and consenting...it wasn't me nobody saw me do it, you can't prove anything.
