I love to cook but I dont normally use recipes I just start throwing stuff in. One good thing to cook a whole chicken in is sage. Rub it all around the inside cavity and sprinkle a little on the top with some salt and pepper. Yummy.

Here is a tasty chicken recipe 3 lb chicken cut up or 3 lbs of pieces, your choice. 4 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup prepared mustard (just yellow hot dog kind), 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. curry powder. Using the pan you will bake in melt the marg, honey and mustard then add the salt and curry. Roll the pieces in this and bake meaty side up basting with the sauce along the way. Depending on the curry you use you can make it HOT, or just curry flavor which is how the recipe turns out and how I like it. I usually serve with white rice with some of the sauce on it and have peas for the veg.

i know this is kinda cheap and cheesy, but i love the recipes on the back of Campbell's Mushroom Soups and other cream soups. there's really great, quick recipes on the back of the cans, plus you can get them online. If you're on a chicken diet - you should definitely check it out.

Shoyu Chicken Here's a popular dish in Hawaii. Take a dozen or so chicken wing mini drumsticks. Put in a deep pot that will be over twice the volume of the chicken. Add 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup whiskey or sake. Add 1/4 sugar 1 clove garlic (crushed and chopped) 1 tablespoon of grated or finely chopped ginger Bring to boil and let simmer for 1 hour, added water as necessary to keep chicken covered with sauce. Cool for 1/2 hour, then bring to boil and simmer for another hour. The chicken should be a deep tan color and tender. Adjust the recipe with sugar or soy sauce to your taste. The chicken will have more flavor and be more tender the following day. (Refrigerate after cooling and reheat by boiling when eating)

I LOVE to cook! My favorite chicken recipe... Cook a decent sized chicken breast or two by your method of choice. Make some brown rice, I use boil in bag, but you can use whatever you want. When your rice is done, drain it and set it aside. Put some oil and butter in a pan on the stove, then add your rice. Let it crisp up slightly, but don't make it too tough. Take the chicken and cube it and add it to the rice. Stir together. Add Accents Honey Roasted Almonds and some sliced mushrooms (optional). Then add some honey-terriaki marinade and let sit. I usually just serve it in a bowl and put some mustard on top. This is my own recipe. I call it Honey-Terriaki Chicken Fried Rice.
