Don't know about that, but I do know they very closely followed one of my story ideas that I'd been kicking around for years of a person suing someone for not allowing them to die or a police officer for not killing him when he threatened them with a gun. Of course mine didn't involve super heroes... and didn't have a "happy ending"...

Yes I did. Such a revolutionary post-superhero-age movie and all of it is framed within such conservative values. The father - the bread-winner, the mother - a loving wife! It is sad to recall this memory.
