Well, I don't work in a restaurant yet, but I'm in my school's top culinary program. We do banquets and different things like that, and we NEVER serve anything that has fallen on the ground. Remember, these are just high school students, and even at that young of an age, we would never do that.

Even though we hope not, I figure they are pretty nasty. I hear all these young people talk about working in places and how they have fun being ansty and dirty with the food and think it is very funny. I hate to eat out, after hearing all they do.
