Considering that the vast majority of carbon emissions are from cattle burps and farts..who would be in favor of the government supplying Gas x to the cattle farmers to stop global warming......???(smile)

Nah, I would instead fund a project that researches and developes a method of collecting the methane from the cow farts and harnessing it to use to solve the fuel crisis. Then the methane is going to good use for us and we wouldn't need to burn oil, what a waste of good fart power otherwise! Thus reducing net global CO2 emmissions. Either that or ration peoples beef consumption and make them eat sea kittens instead. Hmm that would start a riot, can you imagine? Also imagine if everyone became a vegetarian. then we would all become CO2 emmiters like the cows, an even worse problem! LOL thanks for good times....
