The right to a jury trial is a "right inviolate". Is it constitutional to require a person to pay a jury fee in order to claim that right?

Yes, I can see that. But what about those that are law abiding yet maybe a little outspoken. Do you agree that there is some level of censorship and that they select Cloned Dummies that won't question authority out of peer pressure.

Well I can't say for definite, but it is of course possible. there are all those stories about how supposedly if you take a book on communism (for instance)out of the library it is stored on files for future reference and monitoring by government forces, so something similar may occur.
