They are called "Hanger oners" They were first named so after the little boogers that stick to the little hairs in your nose. A true friend will tell you that you have one 'hanging on'and then perhaps hand you a hankie. Some people will just stare and try to ignore it(like that will make it go away)Others will start to rub at their own noses to try and make you do the same,and therefore you will find it all on your own.These people dont like to point out the obvious. Eventually they will fall off.It is up to you to take the initiative and keep wipping them off!Good luck!
