  • I read humorous books, listen to positive music, exercise(isometrics)and just try to not take things so seriously. This too shall pass.
  • When you find out tell me cuz I've been the same way
  • I'll be honest, Blackberry. I enjoy myself here, but I'm just waiting to die. I have given up. Life for me is a daily torture. I hope you can rise above it, but I've been beaten and have surrendered. So I can't help you much. Sorry.
  • I'm sorry to hear about the hard times you've hit. Hope things are better soon. • It depends on whats going on. Sometimes you need to take a step back and see the situation as a whole rather than a small piece.Putting things in perspective like that may help you find a way to get back on track, and make it easier to work through your problems. :)
  • Brush everything off! Do not think of anything negative Let things go, be forgiving and honest. Laugh everyday I recommend it:)
  • prozac, it worked for me.
  • Long walks, book stores, turning up the volume on great songs, hanging out with friends or making new ones by joining an interest group or volunteering. Give yourself permission to enjoy yourself a little bit each day, distract yourself. I know it all takes a bit of a push, but you can do it - you've been supportive to many ABers here. Here's a link to a great video....hope you enjoy it!
