It really depends on what type of shoe you plan on wearing with the dress. Black is always a safe color, it goes with so many different shades but can also once again depend on the style worn in black. If your wearing Heels some clear shoes with some sparkling accents or even black heels. You don't want a bright color that clashes with the dress or takes attention away form it.
