I got a call from my brotherinlaws ex and mother to his daughter.The daughter(my niece) has been hospitalized with a eating disorder.They are not sure yet what's going on and the 16 year old has been put in 'lock down' untill they can asses her.I called the nurses station and they will tell her that we are think of her.It was a long call and I felt bad for the mom as she feels like it is all her fault(as any parent would)I told her that she is at least taking the right steps now and accepting her and trying to help her.I also told her that she needed to want the help before she would accept it.Anyway,I wish them all the best and will be here for them and pray for them.
