Of course not. Fulfilling it satisfies it and a contractual release nullifies it. Not fulfilling it usually includes a costly penalty. That would probably happen if you shredded it and didn't get it satisfied, etc. first.

You sound angry, frustrated and trapped. Get a good lawyer to shred it for you or it could cost you a lot of money.
