Beautiful, pretty, stunning, hot ie: like hottie, handsome. That's all I can think of at the moment.

It depends on the situation. I try if I can to not say "nice" when describing things, but sometimes you just have to.

Instead of nice, I use the word 'Niceful'. I don't particularly care whether it's in the English language or not
