Psychologists, most of the time, are crazy themselves. They are in denial and therefore must help themselves by helping others. They ask funny questions because they were taught to ask crazy questions by professors who also have psychoanalytical problems. It is therefor a big long chain of crazy people teaching other crazy people to ask other crazy people crazy questions.

Good question.My S/O has a degree in Psychology and he is always asking stupid questions of me.I don't even get to lay on a couch to answer:)
