Oh, they tell you, but you enter the porthole only after the birth: Your heart experiences a whole new kind of love you didn't know you could feel, that will take you on a rollercoaster ride for the rest of your life.

They say you may get constipated but I experienced constipation beyond anything I might have expected. No amount of fruit, vegetables, water or pulses managed to shift it.

Birth Control... j/k My wife wished she had known about stretch marks on the belly. She hates them now and won't wear a 2 piece bathing suit anymore.

That pregnancy is pure torture and a baby is pure love. That and that breastfeeding is NOT easy but is SO worth it!

I wish I would have known that pregnancy would be 9 months of pure hell(partly due to the man I was with if you have a good man it would be better) however the first week after birth your body is completly crapped out and that week is worse than the whole 9 months.

they told me i wouldn't be sick after the 1st trimester! i wished someone had actually told me i could actually be sick the whole time, because i was!! every pregnancy different, some things just can't be predicted! it would be nice if we had someone tell us exactly how each of our pregnancies will be, then i suppose we would be prepared! but then again it would take some of the magic away too!
