I know you're not supposed to dublicate questions (especially your own), but what if you want your question to be placed into two separate categories? Is it okay then?

Nope... In 99.9% of the cases, every question has a "best" category. There are a few that can be flagged into 2-3 different ones by different people, but 1) the staff has to agree to those flags and move them, and 2) it kinda depends on the staff moderator you get whether it will be moved. Pick the best category in your estimation, and place it there. If it can go into another category, someone will flag it there, and it will be there until someone else flags it back.

No,someone will just come around and flag them as duplicates and they will end on in one category anyway.
