  • Job satisfaction is very important but it doesn't pay the bills so as long as you have job satisfaction and make enough of an income to pay your bills, I say job satisfaction. If you don't make enough to pay the bills then I would say good pay!
  • Quality of life. Job satisfaction and pay have a lot to do with that. You must have a balance of both. You may *love* being a greeter at Wal-Mart, but you can't support your family like that..life sucks. Conversely, you may make 150K per year, but you work 18 hour days to do it and never see your family...life sucks. Balance=quality of life.
