HELP!!!!! My internet download speed has slowed to a crawl....My anti-virus detected nothing,,,,,,,what should do?

depends on a few things. What are you downloading. if it'd from a p2p site, then you might be downloading something from people far away, making it slow, or less seeds etc. If it's just normal off-the-web downloading, try looking at your firewall settings. see if you are downloading something else at the same time, including watching video's online etc. For these sorts of q's, it's better to put more details if you want a clear answer. :p
