I have a 24" Sanyo plasma TV the the sceen turned white on but the volume still works. Is this an easy fix that i can do myself or do toss it out?

  Screen of Toshiba 43G9UXE takes awhile to appear. Sometimes B&W or blue images flicker. But antenna ok. What could be wrong?Thanks.
