I don't think so. If there were, it would negate the very goal of the game-- to slowly build a good character, all from scratch. If you could just reset the skills by going to an NPC or a certain quest, that would take away much of the strategy and planning in the game.

no npc or person that can reset your skills and stat point ... if there were so my characters will be immortal ^_^

It is possible in some servers. In the server that I play in there is a girl (I forget her name) but she looks like a child. Shes located in Pontera about 15 cells northwest of the rift entrance. She will charge you 50,000 for the first time... But will double it every time thereafter. But like I said... This is possible in my server... But it may not be in yours. OR the NPC is in a different location. Good Luck :D

U GUYS ARE ALL WRONG there is a skill reset NPC already but there is no stats reset NPC skill reset NPC is located in prontera north. the u can only use skill reset when ur lvl 70 or above(base) the npc will ask u that do u want to reset ur skills? and the npc will ask u to pay him a money (it will cost alot of money) u must pay the NPC 1m per ur lvl so ex. if ur lvl 82 u have to pay 82 million
