In the freezer. Where do you keep yours? :)

Ones currently being used (in one to two weeks) in a tight sealed canister jar. Extra, main beans, in the freezer but only after being wrapped three times and al air sucked out as freezing allows water molecules to attach to the coffee beans and/or packaging. When the water melts, that water will find its way into the porous bean and the bean will begin to deteriorate the quality of the coffee.
