Why are all PC's white (and sometimes black). Why not blue, green, yellow etc?

Black and beige are neutral colors that do not clash with many decors like blue, green, red, or whatever would. However some boutique PCs come from the factory with colored cases so I wouldn't say "all", just most.

PC's come in all shapes and colours, but as they are designed to sit in a room in plain view, often in work place, and to appeal to a mass audience, a bland unobtrusive colour is often considered best. Also it gives companies an excuse to charge extra when they release a "Special Edition" red or black model (e.g. Apple's Macbook)
