Circumference of a circle is pi x diammeter. So assuming you meant the diameter of the *tyre* is 60cm, the circumference is pi (about 3.142) multiplied by 0.6m. You get 1.885m (approx.). 70,000km = 70,000,000m. So divide the distance the warranty is good for by the circumference of the tyre, and you get the number of revolutions. It's above 37 million.
