You can take it in to your local Postmaster .... OR .... send it to the nearest Postal Inspector's Office ... you local Post Office will give you their number in your area .

Take it to the nearest post office and tuirn it in and report it.

You can contact the postmaster general who is ahead of the postal service. You can just take it to the post office and tell them but they may not take it too seriously. This is why I would make sure I contacted the postmaster personally. If it is a business fraud you can also contact the better business bureau http://www.bbb.org/us/ or even their online service http://www.bbb.org/online/ and let them handle it.
