I can fly a remote control one and often do. I have an indoor one as well that I fly around our house lol!

I was a forward observer for artillery in a helicopter. That's as close as I've come to that. Flown airplanes, though.

Nope. Fixed wing yes, rotary wing no. I've heard it's a difficult transition from fixed to rotary. Fixed wing is often flown hands off if it's trimmed properly, yet rotary is a must for hands on. However someday when I hit powerball I will try.
