Babies, invalids in nursing homes. I haven't personally seen it, but I know it happens.

I saw my big sister wet herself while trying to scare my mother. It was hilarious.

Lots and lots of babies and small children. A developmentally handicapped woman. A horribly ashamed elderly man in the subway.

An attractive 30-something lady jogging near Thousand Oaks, CA had very obviously wet her grey shorts. Also saw a slightly older, though no-less good-looking woman jogging in Pasadena who has had a small accident in her light blue shorts. Both cases were most certainly pee spots, not sweat. Also saw a confused old man in London once who had had a big accident in a pair of light trousers and was being helped along by a young good Samaritan. Recently saw a teenage Latina in a Taco Bell who had peed in a pair of grey fleece pants and, for some reason, didn't seem to care. Some of her friends seemed to be taking occasional stabs at giving her some good-natured ribbing, so her lack of concern led me to believe that it wasn't the first time she had gone to the bathroom in her clothes.
