If you are bi-lingual, when you dream do you dream in your original language or your second language? What about when you think?

I dream in the language that is spoken most often, which is English. Sometimes Spanish words get put in there...like I once mistook concierto-concert in Spanish for concerto. But anyways, I've never dreamed in Spanish or anything before...I don't think. I think in English unless I'm trying to mentally review some material or "exercise" the knowledge.
