I believe the moon itself is a hoax. It is actually a satellite, orbiting at about 3,000 feet. Aircraft have to avoid it during night-time take-offs, and all pilots and cabin staff are sworn to secrecy. It was placed in orbit by the ancient Egyptians with the aid of the technology they were given by the extra-terrestrials.

Just my humble opinion - we may have gone to the moon, but what was broadcast on TV was a dramatization. After all, who panned the camera up to follow the Eagle when it took off from the lunar surface? We are so accustomed to TV and movie action, nobody noticed this.

Yeah. The "moon landng" you mentioned was probably fake. But the real moon landing was undoubtedly real.

What about their pictures there shadows are not paralelle suggesting more than one light source and there should be only one the sun. Footprints they are to clear only moistured sand can make that good of a footprint, since there's no moisture in space because it's a vacume that's impossible.

Nope. And you can prove it whenever you feel like it with a laser and a telescope. They left a laser mirror up there to measure the true distance from the earth to the moon.

No, I don't think it was fake. It's like saying that Christopher Columbus never sailed to the Americas or that Galileo Galilei never looked through his telescope and saw Mars or Jupiter.

If it wasn't, I cannot understand why the flight was not repeated, and that we didn't jump out and develop a moon base program. Besides, I don't recall any nation since then saying it WAS a hoax.

it's possible. if you research it, a few things were definitely off about the moon landing. however, i don't really see the point in faking it accept to show the russians we made it to the moon first.

Anyone who understands science would NEVER doubt the veracity of the moon landing. Once you study everything about the science involved, there no way a hoax could stand up. Period.

Y'know, the more I think about it, the more I believe it's fake. "We lost the tapes" Bull. "We're planning to go back" --three years later-- "Oh, we cancelled the return trip - it's WAY too expensive!" *eyeroll* There was enough money in 68 to "send man in orbit around the moon", then enough money to put man ON the moon the next year! They've had 40 years to raise money for this trip. Methinks NASA needs to buy a piggy bank. Just come out with it, already! Something that was possible in frickin' 1969 is just too damned hard to do again? FORTY YEARS LATER? I mean, 1969 saw the invention of the 911 system, and now I can carry around a two-inch device in my pocket that will let me send a video of a train wreck in real time to someone around the world. Let's step UP technology, not down, eh?

No, it was not a hoax! What would be the advantage to stage a moon landing? I watched and heard every minute of the moon landing. There is no way it could have been staged!

Well they did take a bunch of pictures. That would be funny if it was made up, think how much money they got to take fake pictures and make up radio crackle. Thats about all we got to see right?
