I'm going back to the Rodney case. The first trial of the officers invloved resulted with a not guilty verdict. I agree with this, do you? include an explanation. Do your research first.

wow..how freaky was that...didn't even see this question till now......I have a problem giving opinions in cases like this. I generally like to side with the police..but there are some serious douche bag cops out there..(but you didn't hear that from me....)

Cant we all get along...I am in agreement with you. I find it odd that although acquitted in the original case, subsequently two officers were found guilty in a fed. case and sentenced to 30 months. I also find it ridiculous that King was awarded millions in a civil case. He Ran, He fought, he did not comply. during the original pursuit he could have killed many people. he has since been arrested numerous times for trying to run over an officer, D.V. and other offenses. I have a friend who is a Police Officer. He has told me that if they have to call the K9 unit, the perp. is getting bit...I agree with that also. King could have avoided this whole incident by simply complying with the officers as the two passengers did...
