God, I dunno. Sometimes allergy to the material of your shirt or bra, sometimes it's...(too sweaty in there), some people say it's psychological aka you're nervous and self-conscious so you feel uncomfortable about your body, some say pregnancy...I say it's just that you get uncomfortable in the bra and need to adjust it.

If you can't identify an external cause, and it isn't something regular like pre-menstrual, I suggest you have a doctor give you a thorough breast check. Remove all posiible doubts.

Could just be the fabric.

Dry skin from too much sucking. Kinda like your hands get dry if you wash them too much. Nothing a little lotion couldn't fix.
