Yes, I have bought hundreds of things from eBay and have been a member since 1998. I have sold hundreds of things, too. I've even bought and sold a moving van and motorcycle on eBay. It's the only place other than Amazon that I get music and books. I buy most of my clothes from eBay. And I am very good at winning items.

In the last three years, I have spent around $8,000 on E-Bay. I had no idea it was so much until I went through my PayPal account. Most of it is for home furnishins.My home is built around a lake. The inside has rustic wood ceilings that is slanted, and a pot belly fire place in the middle of the living room. I have decorated it in a Cowboy/Mexican rustic style, to reflect my personality. (fur pelts on the walls, bow & arrows, antlers, old farm tools, etc.) It looks like a cabin inside!...which people find amazing when they visit for the first time 'cause it's an apartment.

I have only purchased things for my son. The first thing almost turned out completely against ebay because we bid on a pair of skate shoes(vans). The picture had this nice pair of brand new shoes with the shoe box, my son really wanted them so we did the buy now instead of bidding. $17.00 pls shipping I think all together 22.00. They come from GA so it should've only took a week. 2 weeks later we get them, my son was so excited at the post office. He gets the box with the smile on his face brings it out to the car, still overwelmed with anticapation(this would be the first of many pairs of skate shoes), takes the brown paper off & there is this plain box opens it up &there are these hidious shoes. They were so crappy, they didn't even have shoe laces. Mind you the description said like new, even had the box on the display but what he got was a jaw dropping dissappointment. He was broken hearted & I was PO'd. I had to wash them 4 times with shout they had grass still stuck on them & I had to buy shoe laces. That being our first time I didn't know about negitive feedback or I would have let him have it. We didn't buy anything else for a couple of years. I think my son gave that pair of shoes to one of his friends who didn't have much. But luckily the other buys were pretty good.
