Scotland = Haggis (not an animal that we chase, basically lots of different shit bits of meat, with herbs and oats stuffed into (traditionally) a sheeps stomach-tastes fucking brilliant) France = Andouille (honestly smells like shit but just tastes like processed meat, I don't like it, but french people love it)
